PICTURE ORDER FORM
Please note, that for both group and individual photos, you will receive a CD with every shot taken of your dancer. We only deliver digital copies, it is up to you to print the photos. Please make checks payable to OddBox Studios. For credit card payments please fill out the order form below, select the number of photos you need (group and/or individual) and pay via Paypal (Paypal account is not needed).
